In the distribution process of marine products, so-called "unused fish" are generated, which is turned unedible or evaluated only at low prices due to size and catch. At the Yokohama Central Wholesale Market Fish Food Promotion Council, in cooperation with nine Municipal Elementary Schools schools in Kanagawa Ward, this year, we hope that elementary school studenｔschool lunch will learn about the effective use of limited marine resources and the importance of fish food.
