Yokohama City will support KDDI Corporation's empirical research on the impact of marketing methods in the digital age on purchasing activities under the framework of I. TOP Yokohama.
In this empirical study, we will use AR (Augmented Reality) and digital signage to collect information on location and purchasing activities, mainly in Yokohama Stadium, and study the impact of various marketing methods on purchasing activities. This empirical study will be conducted as part of the Strategic Innovation Creation Program (SIP) of the Cabinet Office.
Through this research, Yokohama City and KDDI Corporation will promote the use of data in business and aim to revitalize the local economy through the initiatives of I. TOP Yokohama.
