The Yokohama Consumer Affairs Center has introduced an IVR (automatic response) system to accept telephone consultations with the aim of further improving services. We have been operating a new reception system on a trial basis since May 7, but since we were able to start smoothly without any major problems, we will start full-scale operation from May 28.
