[Press Release] IVR (automatic response) system has been introduced to the telephone reception of the Yokohama Consumer Affairs Center.

The Yokohama Consumer Affairs Center has introduced an IVR (Automatic Response) system to accept telephone consultations with the aim of further improving services. We have been operating a new reception system on a trial basis since May 7, but since we were able to start smoothly without major problems, we will start full-scale operation from May 28.
