・More than 80% of management information was collected, and "business partners" and "homepages" were often used.
・About 60% of all industries collect administrative information, and only about 50% of small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for about 50% of SMEs.
・Regarding the field of information that we would like to know in the future, "securing human resources" was the most common, exceeding 60%.
