[About the actual situation of labor shortage]
・About 60% of all industries answered that the labor force is "shock", an increase of 5.9 points compared to the previous survey (conducted in June 2017), and the sense of shortage is growing more than two years ago.
・Regarding the outlook for the labor force in several years (about 3 to 5 years), more than 70% of all industries answered that they are "shock" and the sense of shortage will increase.
