[About the actual situation of labor shortage]
・Approximately 60% of all industries answered that the labor force was insufficient, an increase of 5.9 points compared to the previous survey (conducted in June 2017), indicating a sense of shortage than two years ago.
・Regarding the outlook for the workforce in a few years (about three to five years), more than 70% of all industries answered that they were "insufficient" with more than 70% of all industries, and it is expected that the shortage will increase.
