Yokohama City and National Research and Development Agency RIKEN signed an agreement

Yokohama City is promoting the "Yokohama Life Innovation Platform (LIP. Yokohama), a network of industry, academia and government to continuously create innovations in the health and medical fields.
National Research and Development Agency RIKEN (hereinafter referred to as "RIKEN") is the only natural science research institute in Japan, conducts a wide range of research bases in various locations and conducts joint research and commissioned research in collaboration with universities and companies.
Yokohama City and RIKEN have concluded an agreement with the aim of creating innovation, promoting industry, building a regional economic ecosystem through collaboration between industry, academia and government, promoting research on science and technology, and disseminating research results.
