In order to support the restoration and reconstruction of small and medium-sized enterprises in the city damaged by Typhoon No. 15 in 2019, the Yokohama City Small and Medium Enterprise Loan System “Typhoon No. 15 Special Funds (Including Safety Net Guarantee No. 4) ”, we will establish a system (SME Disaster Countermeasures Special Fund Interest Supply Subsidy) to support the full amount of interest of companies that have suffered "direct damage" to business assets in the city. In addition, even companies that have already received loans will be eligible for assistance retroactively.
This system is a system in which Yokohama City assists (interest supply) based on the application for interest once paid by small and medium-sized enterprises to financial institutions. Applications to Yokohama City are made by a financial institution on behalf of the financial institution, and only at the time of the first application, if small and medium-sized enterprises can submit a “certificate of damage / disaster Book” etc. to the financial institution that received the loan, As a general rule, procedures for small and medium-sized enterprises are not required. The first submission deadline is the end of February 2020, so please prepare the certificate of damage / disaster Book and submit it to the financial institution that received the loan together with required documents. (For details on the procedure, please refer to the "Application Guide".)
