We will hold an inbound countermeasure seminar for shopping streets, "Innovative and Challenge of Shopping Streets with Cashless Era"

Yokohama City supports the creation of shopping streets that aim to acquire new customers such as foreign visitors to Japan.
In preparation for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, a seminar will be held to attract foreign tourists visiting Yokohama to the shopping street and to encourage the shopping street to think about efforts to acquire inbound demand.
Mr. Morley Robertson will speak about his attitude toward adapting to the international community in the future.
In the roundtable discussion, we will learn examples of shopping streets that are working on the introduction of cashless payments and think about what we can do to revitalize the local economy.
