permanent domicile is located in Yokohama City, but resident registration is outside Yokohama City. Can I get a family register certificate at a convenience store?
A

You can get it. However, [Application for Use Registration] is required in advance.
Registration will be completed after 2-3 business days.

Will you contact me when I complete my registration application for family register?
A

We did not contact you. The confirmation method is as follows.

 ・When you apply for use registration, the application number (16 digits) will appear on the last screen.
 ・You can check the examination status by entering the application number in the usage registration status confirmation (external site).

A

If permanent domicile is located in Yokohama, you can use it with multi-copy machines at convenience stores nationwide.

If I have a resident registration in Yokohama, can I get a family register certificate at a convenience store even if permanent domicile is not Yokohama?
A

Please check with the municipality where permanent domicile is located.

You can select whether or not there is a description.

  Please select Yes or not listed in the following section.

Why can't I press the Seal Registration Certificate button?
A

You may not have Seal Registration in Yokohama.
 ・I used to be Seal Registration in Yokohama, but I have moved out of Yokohama
 ・I used to be Seal Registration when I lived outside Yokohama.
 ・My name has changed from the registered private seal
  In such cases, you will need to do Seal Registration again at your ward office.

A

 ①First of all, I can't get a certificate!? In such a case, check here! Please check it out.
 ②If none of the check items are applied, there is a possibility that the [certificate selection button] may be incorrect.
  Please check the following image and try again.

☑ Is it within the service hours?
  Oh Copy of resident certificate, Certificate of entry in resident certificate, Seal Registration Certificate: Every day from 6:30 to 23:00
  Oh family register (all, personal matters) Certificate and family register's tag: Weekdays 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays
   ※Excludes system shutdown days

☑ Is the digital certificate expired?
  The expiration date of the digital certificate is from the date of issue until the fifth birthday.
  Please use the convenience store delivery after updating your digital certificate.

  After updating your digital certificate, please apply for registration again.

☑ Whether any household member has issued a transfer notice?
  After applying for a transfer notification, you will not be able to use the convenience store grant service.
  I would like request at [window] or [mail] of each ward office, administrative service corner.

☑ Haven't filed family register within a few months?
  At the same time, it may be necessary to change the contents of the resident registration.
  Please use the convenience store grant after performing [household change procedure] at your ward office.
 (Example)
  ・The head of the household has died and there are two or more household members aged 15 and over → [Change head of household] is required.
  ・Two people from the same household in Address filed marriage registration form. → [Household Merger] is required

☑ Whether family register alone has selected "family register Personal Matters Certificate"
  Please select "family register [all] Certificate".
  If you select "family register [Individual] Matters Certificate", you may not be able to obtain it.
