Questions on the family register Certificate
You can get it. However, [Application for Registration] is required in advance.
Registration will be completed after 5 business days.

We have not contacted you. The confirmation method is as follows.

・When you apply for use registration, the application number (16 digits) will appear on the last screen.
・You can check the examination status by entering the application number to confirm the usage registration status (outside site).
If permanent domicile is located in Yokohama, you can use it at multi-copy machines at convenience stores nationwide.
Please check with the municipality where permanent domicile is located.

You can select whether or not it is described.
The selection screen appears in the middle of the operation of the multi-copy machine.

Seal Registration Certificate's question
You may not be in Seal Registration in Yokohama.
・I was in Seal Registration in Yokohama, but I moved out of Yokohama.
・When I lived outside Yokohama, I was in Seal Registration.
・My name changed from the registered private seal
In such cases, you will need to go to Seal Registration again at your ward office.

Oh Copy of resident certificate, certificate of entry on resident certificate, Seal Registration Certificate: Every day from 6:30 to 23:00
Oh Copy of family register (all and personal matters) certificate and family register tag: Weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00

☑ Is the digital certificate expired?
The expiration date of the digital certificate is from the date of issue until the fifth birthday.
Please use the convenience store grant after renewing the digital certificate.

After renewing the digital certificate, please apply for registration again.

After applying for a transfer notification, you will not be able to use the convenience store delivery service.
I would like request at [window] or [mail] of each ward office, administrative service corner.
☑ Have you filed family register notification within a few months?
At the same time, it may be necessary to change the contents of the resident registration.

Please select "family register [All] Certificate of Matters".
If you select "family register [Individual] Certificate", you may not be able to obtain it.
