As a general rule, it becomes the handling at ward office of ward where fixed assets are located. Request by mail and request for the past fiscal year are similar, too.
But, only about land for the existing year, we can acquire at all Tax Division windows in the city.
As you cannot acquire this certificate in service counter in the city hall, please be careful.

House certificate (existing home) for house

Main use

We receive proprietary rights registration of a transfer or reduction measures of registration and license tax to be imposed for the mortgage setting registration
This certificate is for existing home including constant requirements.

It is the acquisition surunotameno requirements by certificate

  1. Being house which individual acquired between April 1, 1984 and March 31, 2022
  2. The acquisition cause is "buying and selling" or "knockdown"
  3. Being house for oneself to live
  4. Floor space (about house owned by division exclusive possession area) being 50 square meters or more
  5. Being fireproof building in Building Standard Act or associate fireproof building about division possession house
  6. Receiving the registration within one year after the acquisition

Other than requirements from 1 to 6

  1. The number of years being thing of less than 20 years (structure of house recorded by register is made of stone in the case of brick zo, concrete block construction, steel-frame building, steel reinforced concrete construction or steel frame steel reinforced concrete construction less than 25 years) after the building
 But, about house which can confirm that we meet constant standard to affect safety for earthquake by documents (with "in the case of necessary documents other than fireproof building which is more than or fireproof building more than rear 25 years old for rear 20 years old" reference), as for the limit of the number of years, there are none in progress after building.

  2. When the amount of of expense that needed for construction to affect part preventing invasion of water supply and drainage pipe or rainwater exceeds 500,000 yen, existing housing buying and selling warranty liability insurance insuring certificate (the presentation)

<in the case of the mortgage registration>

About the abolition of reading of property tax object of taxation account book

We abolished reading of property tax object of taxation account book from September 1, 2010.
