Efforts to create a rich sea won the Japan Society of Civil Engineers Environment Award!

This time, Yokohama City and JFE Steel Corporation jointly carry out a joint research project to create a rich sea through public-private partnerships: Demonstration of marine environment improvement with steel slag products and efforts for environmental education-was awarded by the Japan Society of Civil Engineers (II Group). This project shows that the creation of a living base creates new added value, and as an unprecedented groundbreaking project, integrated with the community through environmental conservation and creation, reliability, sustainability, and public-private partnerships. Has been evaluated and won this award.
