Students learned about biodiversity and the procurement of sustainable ingredients and materials from McDonald's in the "Project to Think and act on Biodiversity" conducted by Kanto Gakuin University, McDonald's Japan, and Yokohama City learned about biodiversity and the procurement of sustainable ingredients and materials by McDonald's.
In addition, in Yokohama, we selected works that specifically expressed concerning the conservation of biodiversity and sustainable procurement were selected for the City of Yokohama, Environmental Planning Bureau Award.
The award-winning work will be rolled out as tray mats at all McDonald's stores in Yokohama for one week each from Wednesday, October 26 and Wednesday, November 9.
