Yokohama City is working on conservation, a precious rice field left in the city.
This is the third time to make sake rice, which started with producers in Higashimatano-cho, Totsuka-ku, and sake has been completed with cool spring water and proud sake rice grown by rice making professionals! Please take this opportunity to appreciate it!
Also, this year, with the cooperation of Vegetalia Co., Ltd., a company that supports cultivation efficiency, we also created a Higashimatano version sake United States cultivation. In the future, we will consider the use of cultivation and expansion of initiatives.
