At EcoPro 2022 held at Tokyo Big Sight on December 8 (Thursday), Yokohama City and JFE Steel Corporation jointly conducted a joint research project to create a rich sea through public-private partnerships - Demonstration of Improvement of the Sea Area with Steel Slag Products and Initiatives for Environmental Education-". This is the first time that the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has been awarded the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award. This initiative has been awarded the Environmental Award of the Society of Civil Engineers (II Group) 2021.
