 The fifth grade of Tozuka Elementary School (150 students in 4 classes) are working on rice fields (34m above the ground) on the roof farm on the 8th floor of the Totsuka Ward General Government Building. Rice production in the rooftop paddy field began after the relocation of the Totsuka Ward Office in 2013, and this is the ninth time this year.
 In June, the seedlings planted hard by elementary school student in June, the ears grow and harvest rice. elementary school student will try to harvest using a sickle, realize the autumn of harvest, and deepen their understanding of agriculture and interest in local production for local consumption.
