Regarding the “Yokohama City Sewerage Business Medium-Term Management Plan 2018”, we have implemented appropriate progress management through the PDCA cycle and promoted the plan based on changes and issues in the environment surrounding the sewerage business.
At the end of the planning period, a final review of the four-year results was made and compiled as a booklet.
