"The WHARF HOUSE Yamashita Park" (operating operator: Yamashita Park Revitalization Project Group), Yamashita Park Rest House will be transformed with new attractions. Utilizing the Park-PFI system, which is a method of public-private partnership, this will be the first case in Yokohama City as a park facility with a food and beverage function.
The Wharf in Name of the facility, the Yamashita Park Rest House serves as a place to catch a large number of people coming and going between the Minatomirai area and the Motomachi Chinatown area.
