[74th meeting] The 41st Midori Ward Social Welfare Conference was held

Midori Ward social welfare meet was held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.

Matsuura, Chairman of the Midori Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare, presented a certificate of commendation to those who have been instrumental in improving community welfare on a daily basis.

It was the first time in four years to be held in Midori public hall, and I was very pleased that we were able to express our gratitude to the winners. Three years ago, coincided with the time when COVID-19 began to spread, we decided to abandon the event in Midori public hall just before the event.

During the past three years, I think there have been times when local activities were difficult due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but I am really grateful that the winners and everyone who came to the venue have cherished the connections in the immediate area.

We will continue to aim for a Midori Ward where people can continue to live with peace of mind with local residents and related organizations.
