[70th] The 37th Midori Ward Sports People's Gathering was held.

On Saturday, February 4th, the Midori Ward Sports Association (Chairman: Mutsuo Hamazono) was held at Midori public hall on Saturday, February 4, at Midori Ward Sports Association.
For the first time in three years, the awards ceremony, lectures, and attractions have been resumed.
The Midori Ward Sports Achievement Award and the Midori Ward Sports Promotion Award were awarded to those who have made significant contributions to the promotion and development of various sports in Midori Ward. Thank you for your efforts to create local bonds and contact activities, as well as the vitality and liveliness of the city through sports on a daily basis.
The venue was wrapped in a peaceful celebration atmosphere, with bouquet presentations and thank-you greetings were exchanged from related parties such as affiliated organizations.
At the lecture, Ai Todo, a physiotherapist at the Yokohama City Sports and Medical Science Center, talked about the activities of the Paralympic Japan National Team (Goalball) during the COVID-19 pandemic and his life in the athlete village. Your understanding of parasports will deepen.
Finally, the event ended with a Japanese drum performance of Osako's power, which echoes all over the stomach, by the "Creative Japanese Taiko Group Uchiko Sound".
Thanks to the efforts of all the people concerned, the event was held in a pre-COVID format. We will continue to work with you to create a bright and energetic Midori Ward where everyone can enjoy sports throughout their lives, regardless of age, gender or disability.
