At the "Administrative Service Corner" at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside the office hours at the ward office, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the type of Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using.

family register notifications (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed in Family Registry Division at a later date, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the acceptance date.

Run National Route 246 (upbound), turn right at Shimonaga Tsuda Intersection, follow the Yamashita Nagatsuta Line, go straight further at the Tokaichiba Intersection, and turn right at the Midori Ward Office Intersection.

Take the prefectural road Maruko Nakayama Chigasaki Line (Nakahara Kaido) toward Nakayama, turn left at "Miyanoshita Intersection", go straight on the Yamashita Nagatsuta Line for about 400 to 500 meters, and turn left at "Midori Ward Office Intersection".

Take the prefectural road Aoto Kamihoshikawa Line toward Nagatsuta, and turn left at the Midori Ward Office Intersection, about 400 to 500 meters from the Miyanoshita Intersection.

Enter the Prefectural Road No. 12 Yokohama Kamiazabu Line from Route 2 "Kishine Intersection" (turn left if you are from Yokohama, turn right from Tokyo, go straight from Higashikanagawa / Rokukakubashi).
Pass Kozukue Station on the JR Yokohama Line on your right, cross the Shinkawamuko Bridge, turn left at Umeda Bridge Intersection.
As you enter the Green Industrial Road, go straight for about 2 km, cross the Ochiai Bridge, pass the JR Yokohama Line elevated, turn right at the Miyashita Intersection.
Running about 400 to 500 meters and turn left at the Midori Ward Office Intersection.

• 200 yen for 30 minutes (8:00 to 20:00)

• Among the users of the ward office, those who fall under the following 1 and 2

1. Person with a disability and the caregiver (please show certificate of the physically disabled, notebook of love, health and welfare notebook for the mentally ill.)
2. Low-emission vehicles (limited to those using electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and natural gas vehicles) Please present your vehicle inspection certificate.
