[20th session] Participated in "Food Education Month / Food Education Day Campaign" Event Walking!

At the Midori Ward Office, the first Tuesday of every month is called “Compassion and Health Promotion Day”, and health promotion members and dietary life improvement promotion members play a central role in conducting health checks and walking events at any time.
In June, we collaborated with Food Education Month, in addition to weight, blood vessel age, brain age, vegetation check (estimated vegetable intake), diet, and health consultation including Dentistry.
In the walking held at the same time, we walked about 90 minutes from the ward office to Shikinomori Park with the guidance of members of the dietary life improvement promotion. Hydrangea was in full bloom, and I enjoyed walking at my own pace while feeling the season.
The smiles of the inhabitants of the ward who had you participate were impressive.
I look forward to seeing various events again while taking measures against infectious diseases in the future.
