About five years later (from March 19 to September 26, 2027), the International Horticultural Exposition will be held in Yokohama. The location is the former Kami-Seya Communication Facility, which spans Asahi Ward and Seya Ward next to Midori Ward. Valuable natural capital remains because it has been requisitioned by the U.S. military for many years and restricted land use.
The 2027 International Horticultural Exposition Association is soliciting opinions to publish the current status of the study and to hear ideas and opinions from more people for the success of the Expo.
