[The 32nd session] I went to "Takeyama Smartphone Center".

　The housing complex Takeyama area is located in housing complex, built in the 1940s, with an aging rate of over 40%. The population is about 6,000.
Since 2020, the Kanagawa University Soccer Club has been using the rooms of the housing complex (rental building) as a dormitory, and there are currently about 40 students living there.
　Under the guidance of Omori and coach Koshimizu coach, the students support various activities such as festivals and cleaning activities in the Takeyama area as social participation and community contribution. Seven people have joined the fire brigade. This time, we visited one of them, the activities at Takeyama Smartphone Center.
　The Takeyama Smartphone Center is operated by volunteers of residents and local medical institutions (Takeyama Hospital, Yokoyama Clinic) with the cooperation of the Kanagawa University Soccer Club. The activity is to teach local elderly people how to use smartphones, but through smartphones, you can also see the smiling appearance of users enjoying conversations with their grandchildren. It also serves as an opportunity to go out and watch over.
When I asked the students about their daily activities, they said, "Many people want to teach me how to use LINE, how to take photos, and send them."
I also asked, "Please continue to help the Takeyama area."
　I think that the power and contribution of students are examples of great hints for future local activities.
