Kiri no Sato Festival hosted by Kirigaoka Union Neighborhood Association was held on Sunday, July 17 at Kiri no Sato Ground.
The Kirigaoka Union Neighborhood Association usually performed Bon Odori at this time, but this year it was planned and implemented as the "Kiri no Sato Festival". We thank the local people, including sports promotion members and youth instructors, for their efforts on infectious disease countermeasures.
On the day of the event, the children held “Omikoshi Carry” and “Breading Competition”, as well as mock shops such as “Yakisoba” and “Wataame”. I've seen it after a long time.
Many people, including children and families, came to the venue and it was a great success. During the past two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, I realized that the local community had been waiting for this opportunity. You will be healed by the children's smiles.
In a new way of life, I feel reassuring the power of the region where events are resumed in a way that suits the situation at that time. As a ward office, we will continue to work with local residents. Thank you very much for your good time.
