[34th] Ward Senior Federation Festival was held!

We visited "Kuroren Festival" held in "Midori Honobonoso".
I think the preparation was difficult because it was held for the first time in three years. I would like to thank Mr. Hirai and other officers and stakeholders for their efforts.
At the venue, masterpieces such as paintings, photographs, handicrafts and other masterpieces are scattered. There were also recreation corners such as darts, boccia, and quoits, and I saw everyone doing it happily and I also participated.
In addition, I experienced a body-friendly exercise in which a net was stretched in a lattice-like manner on the floor called "Fumanetto Exercise" and walked rhythmically without stepping on the net. It seems to be expected to improve balance and cognitive function while walking.
I am very grateful to the geriatric clubs for their long-term activities, such as watching over and interacting with the community.
