About fire prevention management

1 Appointment of fire prevention (disaster prevention) managers

Persons who have management rights such as stores and offices of buildings of a certain size or more need to appoint a fire prevention (disaster prevention) manager and create a fire plan.
For information on fire prevention manager training, please see the training guide page.
If multiple tenants are mixed in one building, a notification is required for each tenant (management right holder) in principle.

※When submitting various reports, please prepare two copies of "original copy / duplicate copy".
※Please attach a copy of the certificate of completion when submitting the registration form Fire and Disaster Prevention Manager and the registration form for the General Fire and Disaster Prevention Manager.

When entrusting a fire prevention manager to an outside of a management company, etc., a separate "fire prevention management business consignment contract" is required.

※If the owner, etc. is responsible for the management right in a building where multiple tenants occupies, please submit a “Confirmation Form for Performing Management Responsibility”.

We ask that you carry out voluntary inspections on fire prevention on a daily basis for fire prevention management and fire prevention.
Please revise the contents as necessary and attach it to the fire plan and report it.

3. Appointment of general fire prevention manager and preparation of firefighting plan for the whole

Buildings of a certain size or larger whose titles are divided into management, such as high-rise buildings and multiple offices, need to be created and notified in addition to the registration form appointment of general fire prevention (disaster prevention) managers.

4 On-site inspection and submission of improvement plan report

We regularly conduct on-site inspections for fire prevention objects except individual dwelling units based on Article 4 of the Fire Services Act.

If there is a violation of the Fire Service Law, etc., we will issue a “Notice of on-site inspection results” and a “Improvement (plan) report”. ) Report "and submit it to the fire department.

※The "Improvement (plan) report" does not require improvement up to the submission deadline, but indicates a plan for improvement by the submission deadline, so please submit it by the submission deadline.
