We raise the appointment staff (lifelong learning cultural assets section, lifelong learning promotion duties, monthly job) for fiscal year. (Recruited on April 1, 2025)

Duties

(1) Business related to the promotion of lifelong learning and social education measures in Yokohama City
(2) Support for lifelong learning-related staff in each ward, work related to training planning and implementation, etc.
   ※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Eligibility

A person who meets all of the following conditions:
(1) Have a wealth of insight and experience in lifelong learning and social education, and have interest and willingness to promote and support lifelong learning.
(2) Being able to respond to telephones and counters, and basic operations of personal computers (creation of documents and materials using Excel Word, etc.)
However, the following persons who fall under the disqualifications of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act cannot take the exam.

1. Appointment Period
  From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
  ※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering. (up to 4 times)
2 Work location
  City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Secretariat Lifelong Learning Cultural Properties Division Lifelong Learning Section (6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama, 14th floor)
3 Number of working days and hours
  4 days a week (In addition to the year-end and New Year holidays, weekends and holidays, the designated day (1 day) from Monday to Friday is a holiday)
  From 8:45 am to 5:15 pm (break time from noon to 1:00 pm)
4. Salary, etc.
  ¥219,700 per month
  ※End-of-term, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately according to Yokohama City standards.
  ※The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
  ※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.
5 Holidays

6 Social insurance
  Joined employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employee health insurance (Yokohama City Staff Mutual Aid Association)

Selection method and selection schedule

(1) 1st Selection
 We will review the documents and notify everyone of the results.
(2) Second Selection
 Interviews (from February 17 (Monday) to 19, 2025, one of (Wed) will be held) and the results will be notified to all members.
 ※Date and time, venue, etc. will be notified to those who have passed the first screening.
