1. Job description

Assistance in lending and returning books
Securing reserved books (take out from bookshelf)
Arrangement of reserved books and bookshelves
Distribution and sorting of books
Other administrative assistance

※Most of the work is done by standing. There are about 10 to 20 kg of books per box.
※In addition, disaster response assistance in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Appointment period	From October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
Working days	Working within 3 days a week from Sunday to Saturday
Working hours, etc.	Monday, Saturdays and Sunday, public holidays, facility inspection days, December 28 and January 4 4 hours to 6 hours (actual work) between 8:45 am and 5:15 pm Other than the above Fire to Friday 4 hours to 6 hours (actual work) between 8:45 am and 7:10 pm ※If you work for more than 6 hours on any day, you will be given an hour break (no pay). ※The working days and working hours will be designated by the library director until the 10th of the previous month after prior consultation with the person. Please note that only October will be specified by September 25.
Work location	Yokohama City Sakae Library 〒247-0014 634-9, Kudencho, Sakae-ku, Yokohama-shi
Salary	1,132 yen per hour Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately.
Vacation	Annual vacation (*1), etc.

Conditional adoption: You will be officially hired if you perform a month with good grades after recruitment. If the number of working days for one month after recruitment is less than 15 days, the conditional period will be extended until 15 days are reached.
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

※1: Granted if the number of working days per year is 48 days or more
