1 Job description

Assistant in lending and returning books
Securing reserved books (remove out of bookshelf)
Arrangement of reserved books and bookshelves
Book arrangement and sorting work
Other administrative assistance

※Most of the work is done by standing. Books are about 10 to 20 kg per box.
※In addition, disaster response assistance in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically assisted work, only during working hours)

Appointment Period	From October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
Working days	Working within 3 days a week from Sunday to Saturday
Working hours, etc.	Monday, Saturdays and Sundays, holidays, facility inspection date, December 28 and January 4 4 hours to 6 hours (actual work) between 8:45 am and 5:15 pm Other than those listed above to Friday 4 hours to 6 hours (actual work) between 8:45 am and 7:10 pm ※If you work for more than 6 hours on any day, you will be given a one-hour break (unpaid). ※The working days and working hours will be designated by the library director until the 10th of the previous month after prior consultation with the person. Please note that only for October will be specified by September 25.

Payroll	¥1,132 per hour Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately
Vacation	Annual leave(*1), etc.

Conditional Adoption: You will be officially hired if you perform one month after your recruitment with good grades. If the number of working days in one month after hiring is less than 15 days, the conditional period will be extended until 15 days.
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salary of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City and reimbursement for expenses.

※1: Granted if the number of working days per year is 48 days or more
