The Faculty and Staff Development Division conducts training for faculty and staff. We are looking for fiscal year appointment staff to plan and operate training.

Main Business Activities

  1. Various tasks related to teacher training business, training business, operation of each training, etc.
  2. Support for faculty and staff and schools involved in the development of faculty and staff
  3. Lecturers such as in-school training and workshops
  4. Various administrative assistance related to training
  5. In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Appointment period

From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering (up to 4 times).

Eligibility

1.Those who have experience as school managers at public elementary and junior high schools, compulsory education schools, high schools (including separate courses), and special needs schools
2.Basic operation of a personal computer (entering Excel words, terminal operation, etc.)
3.Being able to respond to counters and telephone calls

Working conditions

  1. Compensation, etc.                                                                                                                        ¥195,900 per month (as of November 2024: paid separately for commuting expenses)
  2. Working hours                                                                                                     From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including 1 hour break)
  3. Working days                                                                                                                              Work four days a week from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and New Year's holidays)                                                                                         ※Depending on the work you are engaged in, you may work about once or twice a month on Saturdays and Sundays. (Transfer holiday was acquired on another day)
  4. Work location                                                                                                     City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Secretariat Faculty and Staff Development Division (6-145 Hanasaki-cho, Nishi-ku)
  5. Holidays, etc.                                                                                                     Annual leave, summer vacation, sick leave, etc.
  6. Social insurance                                                                                                    Joined the Employees' Pension Insurance, employment insurance and Yokohama Municipal Mutual Aid Association
