1.Registration and Acceptance of prior estimates: Until Wednesday, August 28
　Please register for participation from the special site (external site) during the registration period.
　Once you register for participation, you will receive a quote at a later date. Registration is free and there is no obligation to purchase even if you register. The larger the participants, the lower the purchase price may be.

2.Selection of sales and construction companies
　 The Eyetzer, the campaign secretariat, examines the products and construction capabilities handled by the sales and construction companies based on strict standards, and then selects them fairly.

3.Sending advance quotes
　 Based on the results of the bidding and the registration information of each participant, the Itzer, the campaign secretariat, creates a preliminary estimate and send it by e-mail. We will also inform you about product information, how much you can save compared to the market price, and the expected collection of purchase costs.

4.Payment of research expenses for final estimate: Until Wednesday, September 4
　If you would like to request a more detailed final estimate after confirming the preliminary estimate, please apply for the final estimate. 3,000 yen (tax included) will be charged at the time of application, but regardless of whether the contract (installation of solar panels, etc.), we will ultimately return it to you.

5.Roof investigation and final estimate: Purchase decision to purchase within 3 months
　 As soon as the payment of the survey fee is confirmed, the registration information of the purchaser will be shared with the selected sales contractor. After that, the sales construction company will contact you about business negotiations or survey schedule adjustment. Determine the number of solar panels and where each device is installed. Once the installation details are confirmed through business negotiations and surveys (drawings, satellite photos, on-site visits, etc.), final estimates will be created. Please be assured that you will be sure to check the site before construction. It may not be recommended to purchase a solar power generation system depending on roof conditions.

6.Procedure for selling electricity (about 3 months)
　After the final estimate is accepted and the construction is finally finalized, various procedures will be taken for selling electricity.
You don't have to do anything on your own.
For example, you need to apply for a feed-in tariff or apply to a power company, but please be assured that the sales and construction company will do all the procedures.

7.Installation of photovoltaic power generation systems: ~ June 2025
After various procedures, if approval is officially approved, the construction date will be decided and the construction will be performed. The timing of payment will be 50% of the total amount after the contract is concluded and 50% remaining after completion of the contract (in the case of cash payment). This time, the selected company also has a loan payment. The completion of construction of all projects is scheduled for around June 2025, but if many citizens of the prefecture purchase, all construction will be completed to perform safe and high-quality construction It may take some time before.
