1.Free participation registration <Registration period> July 1, 2024-October 31, 2024
　It is necessary to submit various materials necessary for preparing the estimate. Please register from the special site (outside site) during the registration period.
2.Proposal price: As of the end of November 2024
　 The secretariat will present a comparison table summarizing the proposals for the estimated amount from the installation company that has passed the eligibility screening.

3.From the end of December 2024
　 Please select one installation company based on the estimated amount of each company.

4.Field surveys and presentation of detailed estimates
　 After this application, we will conduct a field survey by the installation company selected from time to time and present a detailed estimate. ※The site survey schedule will be adjusted depending on the application status.

5.Conclusion of contract with installation company-end March 31, 2025
　A contract will be concluded with the installation company based on the details of the detailed estimate. ※A contract is not required if the official proposal exceeds the estimated amount.

６. Construction
After the contract is concluded, construction will be started after coordination with the installation company at any time.

７. From the start of supply to March 2026
Operation will start sequentially after completion.
