Recruiting proposals for the Yokohama version of Decarbonization experimental project for FY2022 -Integrated Decarbonization and Community Development

The public offering for FY2022 has been closed.

Outline of open call for participants

Yokohama City has positioned decarbonization as a new growth strategy, and is promoting the circulation of the city's economy and sustainable development as a whole, and is accelerating efforts toward achieving the SDGs by 2030 and realizing a decarbonized society by 2050. Therefore, we are looking for proposals from experimental project to promote "decarbonization" and "solving local issues and creating bustle." The selected business will be subsidized up to 5 million yen per year.

Target area

Yokohama
(However, there are regional issues in the proposed area, mainly in suburban areas, and we will propose solutions to issues that utilize renewable energy.)

Basic Conditions (excerpt)

The target is an organization (constituent company) in which local residents and companies are united, and proposals that meet the basic conditions.
①Local production and local consumption of renewable energy (power generation and consumption within the proposed area) and community development proposals that simultaneously solve local issues and create bustle
 To do so.
②Funds for solving regional issues will be funded by contributions from the use of renewable energy, usage fees for local activity bases and transportation and shopping support.
 Establish a sustainable management plan.
