What is "Eco Hama (Yokohama Eco Home Appliance Support Campaign)"?

This campaign supports the purchase of eco-home appliances in order to support citizens facing rising prices and promote measures against global warming.
Through this campaign, we will lead to further changes in our behavior toward a decarbonized lifestyle.

About the second Eco Hama in 2024 [early finished]

Campaign period

Initially, it was scheduled from Thursday, June 6, 2024 to Thursday, December 26, 2024, but it ended early on Tuesday, November 5 because it reached the budget upper limit.
※We will not be able to accept return applications after the day after the early end date.
※Applications on the early end date may be returned by lottery.

Overview

During the campaign period (from Thursday, June 6, 2024 to the early end date of November 5, 2024), Eco Hama registered stores ※20% of the purchase price (excluding tax) of the target product (up to 30,000 yen per unit) for Yokohama citizens who have applied online or by mail after purchasing the target product and installing it at home in the city. Point redemption will be made.

※This is a home appliance store in the city that registers as a store eligible for this campaign. You can see it from the "List of Registered Stores" on the campaign site (outside site).

Point redemption amount

20% of the purchase price (excluding tax) of the target product (up to 30,000 yen per vehicle).
Installation costs and delivery costs are not included.

[Return method] In the case of online application

It will be returned with "Eco Hama Pay" points that can be exchanged for various cashless points or gift certificates.
※Please note that there is a procedure for "Eco Hama Pay" points up to STEP2.
※The exchange period from "Eco Hama Pay" points to various cashless points is Sunday, February 2, 2025. Points that were not exchanged within the exchange deadline will be automatically exchanged for "QUO Card Pay" sequentially from the day after the last day of the deadline.
※Please note that automatic exchange for "QUO Card Pay" will be exchanged in units of 10 points or more to 1 point, and if the unexchanged points are 1 to 9 points, it will not be exchanged and will expire.
※For gift certificates, please see "[Return method] In the case of mail application" below.


[Return method] In the case of mail application

Application by mail will be returned with a gift certificate (vanilla Visa gift card).
If the point redemption amount is 1000 yen or more, it will be returned in units of 1 yen.
If the point redemption amount is 500 yen or more and less than 1000 yen, we will return it with a QUO card of 500 yen.
Please note that applications where the point redemption amount is less than 500 yen will be invalid.

Target products

Among air conditioners, refrigerators, and LED lighting fixtures, products that meet the following requirements and are listed on the "Energy Saving Product Information Site (outside site)" provided by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy are eligible.
You can see it from the "List of Target Products" on the campaign site (outside site).
※Applications can be made up to one air conditioner and refrigerator per person, and two LED lighting fixtures per person.
※The target product is marked with a "target product label", so please check carefully at the store.

For those who select "Eco Hama Pay" points in the 2023 campaign

The exchange of "Eco Hama Pay" points awarded in the 2023 campaign for various cashless points has ended on Thursday, February 29, 2023.
If you have an unexchanged point of 10 points or more, you have exchanged it for "QUO Card Pay", so please use "QUO Card Pay". (If the unexchanged points are 9 points or less, all will expire after the exchange period has expired.)
