Apply for Seal Registration Certificate online

Those who have a Seal Registration in Yokohama City and have a My Number Card that contains a digital certificate for signature

• Online applications are available only to the person who has a My Number card.
• If you don't have a My Number Card or proxy/agent.Counter billingPlease use it.

• If you have not updated your My Number Card information when you have moved in the past, you will not be able to apply online.

• If payment cannot be confirmed within one week from the date of sending the e-mail of the fee payment request, the application will be canceled.

1. We perform user registration of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system beforehand.
2. From the application page, enter required items.
3. Scan your My Number Card with the dedicated application, perform electronic signature, and complete the application.
4. After confirming the application details at the Yokohama City Mail Request Office, you will receive an e-mail for a fee payment request. From My Page, go to the payment screen of the fee and make the payment.
5. After confirming the payment information at the Yokohama City Mail Request Office Center, we will mail the certificate.
