Online application for certificate of family register (family register all matters certificate)

This is the procedure for obtaining certificate of family register (family register Certificate of All Matters) and certificate of partial family register (family register Personal Certificate) by online application. It can be used by those who have a My Number Card with permanent domicile in the city. We are open 24 hours a day. It will take about 10 days to hand it over.

People who can use it

A person who has a permanent domicile in Yokohama and has a My Number card that contains a digital certificate for signature

Precautions

  • Online applications are available only to the person who has a My Number card.
  • If you do not have a My Number Card, please. Counter billingOr Request for mailingPlease use it.
  • If you are a proxy/agent or a third party, please use the mail request.

Precautions

partial copy of nullified family register (certificate of all matters to be removed) and copy of nullified family register (certificate of personal matters) cannot be obtained.

What you need

  • The compatible brands are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club.
  • Smartphone payments are supported by PayPay and LINEPay.

Number of days until receipt

After payment is completed, we will deliver it to Address, where resident certificate is located within a week.

    Precautions

    • If you are in a hurry, please consider using express delivery.
    • It takes some time on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays, as the issuance procedure is not performed.
    • If you have any questions about the application details and need confirmation, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. In that case, please note that it will take more days to create the certificate than usual.

    Fees

    450 yen per copy + postage

    Precautions

    • For applications that are eligible for fee reduction, please use the mail request.
    • We will not issue receipts or other documents to notify you of receipt of receipt. Please check the credit card company or smartphone payment usage statement.
    • If payment cannot be confirmed within one week from the date of sending the e-mail of the fee payment request, the application will be canceled.

    Application method

    1. We perform user registration of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system beforehand.
    2. From the application page, enter required items.
    3. Scan your My Number Card with the dedicated application, perform electronic signature, and complete the application.
    4. After confirming the application details at the Yokohama City Mail Request Office, you will receive an e-mail for a fee payment request. From My Page, go to the payment screen of the fee and make the payment.
    5. After confirming the payment information at the Yokohama City Mail Request Office Center, we will mail the certificate.
