Phase 4 Disability Plan

Yokohama City formulated the "Plan for Persons with Disabilities Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") in 2004, which is a medium- to long-term plan related to disability welfare measures. After that, we formulated the “Second Plan” in FY2009 and the “Third Phase Plan” in FY2015, and measures have been promoted mainly from the perspective of building a society where people with disabilities can self-selection and self-determination. . The Fourth Plan was formulated from FY2021 to FY2026.

　Since three years have passed since the Yokohama City Disability Plan Promotion Start, we conducted an interim review and summarized the direction for the latter three years, we raised the opinions of citizens.

4 Needs Understanding Survey for Developing the 4th Yokohama City Disability Plan

Investigations

We carried out questionnaire survey to grasp the present conditions and needs such as living of person with a disability on development of the fourth Yokohama-shi person with a disability plan.
