4th Plan for Persons with Disabilities

In Yokohama City, we formulated the "Person with Disabilities Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), a medium- to long-term plan related to disability welfare measures, in 2004. After that, we formulated the "Second Plan" in FY2009 and the "Third Plan" in FY2005, and promoted measures centered on the viewpoint of building a society where people with disabilities can make self-selection and self-determination. . The 4th plan was formulated from FY2021 to FY2026 as the planning period.

We made corrections based on the opinions we received and formulated a plan.

5 Needs Understanding Survey for Developing the 4th Yokohama City Disabled Persons Plan

About the survey

In formulating the 4th Yokohama City Disability Plan, we conducted a questionnaire survey to understand the current situation and needs of people with disabilities.

Survey target	As of December 1, 2019, "People who have a certificate of the physically handicapped", "People who have a notebook of love", "People who have a certificate of health and welfare for the mentally handicapped", "People with illnesses subject to the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act who use welfare services under the Disability Comprehensive Support Act "
