Phase 2 Disability Plan

We devised Yokohama-shi person with a disability plan (the second revised edition).
The Yokohama City Disability Plan (Second Phase 2) has a six-year period from 2009 to 26.
The period of "Yokohama City Disability Welfare Plan (Chapter 4)" included in the plan is from 2009 to 23
Because it is three years, we have newly devised a plan from 2012 to 26 and revised the plan.
Major Revisions
- Updated the expected schedule column of "Development of measures for future security"
- Addition of retrospectives in the first half of the second half of the fiscal year and the update of the targets for fiscal 2014
- Updated to plan from FY2012 to FY2014
