Phase 3 Plan for Persons with Disabilities
In Yokohama City, the “Person with Disabilities Plan” (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”), a medium- to long-term plan related to disability welfare measures, was launched in the first phase in 2004 and the “Third Phase” in FY2014, and measures are being promoted. This plan is based on the Basic Law for Persons with Disabilities, which is a basic plan that determines the direction of measures for persons with disabilities in Yokohama City based on the Basic Law for Persons with Disabilities, and the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act. In addition, it is a plan that has two properties of the "Disability Welfare Plan", which determines the expected amount of necessary use and promotes the smooth implementation.

What is the 3rd Yokohama City Disability Plan?
In "the third Yokohama-shi person with a disability plan" with plan period of six years from 2015, "we can learn, grow up and live in peace in area where we lived under self-selection, self-determination, self-determination, We aim at Yokohama "town and Yokohama" as basic goal and steadily promote disability welfare measures.
In addition, with the revision of the Child Welfare Law of 2016, the setting of numerical targets such as service infrastructure maintenance to support the local life of children with disabilities, the system for providing disability welfare services and daycare support for children with disabilities, etc. The development of a "Welfare Plan for Children with Disabilities" was required so that security could be secured. Since the 3rd Yokohama City Plan for Persons with Disabilities already stipulates the expected amount of use required for each measure for children with disabilities and welfare services for persons with disabilities, the revised version covers the "Disability Welfare Plan" About part that we did as "child welfare plan for the disabled".

３．The 3rd Yokohama City Plan for Persons with Disabilities (2015 to 29)
Based on Yokohama-shi assembly basics regulations, we announce as we gathered "the third Yokohama-shi person with a disability plan" which we had decision of the first City Counsil ordinary assembly in 2015 as booklet. In addition, as a first initiative, a `` easy-to-understand version '' that uses a lot of illustrations in plain language while asking people with disabilities to check the contents so that many people can understand this plan. We have announced it together.

Public comment
We carried out public comment on development of "the third Yokohama-shi person with a disability plan" from September, 2014 to October.
We had a total of 358 opinions from 99 people and compiled the contents of the public comment and the way of thinking as a city.
We made corrections based on the opinions received and formulated a plan.
