◆Purpose of Initiatives
Utilizing the valuable characteristics of the waterfront of the Minato Mirai 21 area, we aim to purify water quality and to secure the habitat of waterside creatures from the viewpoint of biodiversity.

◆Location of Initiatives
Near the seawall along the Kisha-Michi Promenade in Minato Mirai 21 Area

◆Overview of Initiatives
Since March 2014, we have been working to create an environment suitable for the habitat of waterside creatures by covering sand covering the gentle slope of the Kisha-Michi Promenade. In the meantime, by observing the habitat status of living organisms and the improvement of water quality, we will investigate and examine the effects, and use them to purify future water quality and secure the habitat of living organisms.

Survey period: From March, 2014 to March 2021 (planned)
