Since August 2013, the Tokyo Bay Revitalization Promotion Council Marine Countermeasures Subcommittee (Secretariat: Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) has been recruiting companies working on eelgrass grounds in the public waters of Yokohama Port since August 2013, and has been working with NPOs and the general public.
