3 Eligibility
Being able to perform basic operation of personal computers, correspondence to visitors, telephone correspondence.
※Those who fall under the disqualification grounds for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act cannot apply.
4. Job description
Administrative assistance for personnel and appointment work for faculty and staff
(1) Exchange of documents with schools
(2) Read various documents
(3) Data input
(4) Document arrangement
(5) Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work only during working hours)
5 Working conditions
(1) Appointment period From Monday, February 17, Reiwa 7 to Monday, March 31, Reiwa 7
(2) Working hours 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (break time from noon to 1:00 pm)
(3) Working days 5 days a week (excluding weekends and holidays)
(4) Work location Board of Education Secretariat Western School Education Office Education General Affairs Division
(5) Appointed employees for the fiscal year specified in Article 22-2, Paragraph 1 of the Local Public Service Act
(6) Remuneration 1,376 yen per hour
(7) Additional expenses equivalent to commuting expenses (with an upper limit)
(8) Annual leave, etc.
(9) If you are enrolled in the employment insurance of Social Insurance, etc., and if you meet the insurance requirements, you will be enrolled in Employees' Pension Insurance and employee health insurance.
※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.
