1 Main Business

(1) Travel expenses examination, performance checks, etc. for fiscal year appointment staff
(2) Telephone support
(3) Minutes preparation (input work while listening to the recording contents)
(4) In addition, assistance for administrative staff
※In the event of a large-scale disaster, you may be required to engage in auxiliary work for disaster response (only during working hours).

4 Working conditions

(1) Employment period: From April 7, 2025 to March 31, 2026
(2) Working hours: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (including 1 hour break)
(3) Working days: Working 4 days a week on weekdays (excluding holidays and closed days)
  ※Based on the moon, fire, tree and Friday, the decision is made after consultation.
(4) Work location: Board of Education Secretariat General Affairs Division (14th floor, Yokohama City Hall)
(5) Compensation: 6,880 yen per day (hourly wage: 1,376 yen x 5 hours)
  ※This is the estimated amount as of February 2025. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
(6) Year-end, diligence allowance, commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses)
  We pay based on regulations such as the regulations about salary of the staff of Yokohama-shi fiscal year appointment and expense compensation.
  ※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

6 Selection, etc.

(1) Primary selection
 For those who have passed the first screening, the second screening will be conducted through interviews.

(2)Second Selection
 Documents will be selected as the first selection, and interviews will be conducted as the second selection.
(3) Results of selection

 The date of consultation in physical checkup will be notified separately.

7 Others

(1) Application documents will not be returned.
