1. Job description
(1) Aggregation of applications and reports from schools, confirmation of contents, progress management of collection status
(2) Assistance in recruitment procedures for fiscal year appointment staff, confirmation of work performance, travel expenses
(3) Expenditures such as regular expenses, budget dividends to schools, purchase of goods
(4) Processing of mail, sending of handouts, telephone correspondence
(5) In addition, auxiliary services related to general affairs of the section
- ※In the event of a large-scale disaster, you may be required to engage in auxiliary work for disaster response (only during working hours).
2 Application requirements
- Those who meet all of the following conditions
- (1) Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16, etc. of the Local Public Service Act
- ※Please confirm the reason for disqualification in the application form.
- (2) Being able to perform basic PC operations (excel / Word input, etc.) and telephone response

4 Working conditions and compensation
- (1) Employment period: From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
- ※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering (up to 4 times).
(2) Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including one hour break)
(3) Working days: Work three days a week from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays stipulated in the “National Holidays Act”)
※The working days will be adjusted after the job offer. - (4) Work location: City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Secretariat Human Rights Education and elementary school student Student Division (14th floor, Yokohama City Hall 6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama 231-0005)
- (5) Compensation: 9,632 yen per day (paid in the following month, 21st of every month)
- ※The amount of remuneration is subject to change due to system revisions.
- ※End-of-term, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately.
- ※Other working conditions will be paid based on related regulations such as the regulations on salary and cost compensation for staff appointed for the Yokohama City fiscal year.

7 Others
(1) The submitted documents and the personal information described therein will be used only for the purpose of this recruitment and recruitment, and will be discarded promptly after the expiration of the storage period of the documents as administrative documents. However, the personal information of the hired person shall be used for employment management during the appointment period, and after the appointment is completed, it will be discarded immediately after the expiration of the retention period.
(2) The recruitment of appointment staff for this fiscal year will be effective with the establishment of the budget for FY2025, so working conditions and remuneration may be changed.
