Board of Education Secretariat Lifelong Learning Cultural Properties Division We are recruiting for fiscal year appointment staff (cultural property protection related duties) for the cultural property section.

1.Job type and number of employees to be hired

(1) Staff in charge of cultural properties
(2) Identity    Fiscal year appointment staff based on Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Act
(3) Number of recruiters

2.Major Operations

(1) Business related to the protection, succession, utilization, investigation, etc. of cultural properties
(2) General affairs and accounting affairs
(3) In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

3.Eligibility

A person who meets all of the following conditions:
(1) Those who have graduated from junior high school (expected) as of April 1, 2025
(2) Person who can perform telephone, window reception, basic operation of PC (creation of documents and materials using Excel Word, etc.)
(3) Those who are interested and motivated in the protection, succession, utilization, investigation, etc. of cultural properties
 ※However, the following persons who fall under the disqualifications of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act cannot take the exam.
  (For details, please refer to the declaration column at the bottom of the “Application for Fiscal Year Appointment Staff”.)

4.Appointment period

April 1, 2015-March 31, 2018
※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and the results of the proof of competence are good, the Company shall endeavor to do so.
 You may be re-appointed regardless of the public offering. (up to 4 times)

5.Working conditions

(1) Work location
  Places designated by the City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Secretariat Lifelong Learning Cultural Properties Division and Board of Education
(2) Number of working days and hours
  4 days a week (In addition to the year-end and New Year holidays, weekends and holidays, the designated day (1 day) from Monday to Friday is a holiday)
  From 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (break time from noon to 1:00 pm)
(3) Salary, etc.
  Remuneration 193,900 yen per month
  ※This is the estimated amount at the time of application. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system. In addition, commuting expenses and end-of-term and diligence allowances are provided.
(4) Vacation
  Annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, anniversary leave, summer leave, etc.
(5) Social insurance
  Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
 ※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

6.Selection method and schedule

(1) 1st Selection
  We will review the documents and notify everyone of the results.
(2) Second Selection
  Interviews (specify any one day from Wednesday, March 12, 2025 to Friday, 14th) will be conducted and the results will be notified to everyone.
  ※Date and time, venue, etc. will be notified to those who have passed the first screening.
(3) physical checkup
  Those who have passed the second screening will be notified of the schedule (scheduled for late March), venue, etc.
