Recruitment guide for fiscal year appointment staff (office work for various surveys related to elementary school student student guidance at municipal elementary, middle and compulsory education schools)
1 Main Business
Administrative work for various surveys related to elementary school student student guidance at municipal elementary, middle and compulsory education schools
(1) Confirmation of survey form data (Excel file) submitted by each school (check the items described in the survey form, check the consistency between the survey forms, match with the previous survey, etc.), identify items that need to be rechecked, etc.
(2) Coordination with the survey staff at each school (dunning to schools that have not yet submitted, confirmation / correction of non-conforming locations, requests for resubmission, etc.)
(3) Correction and input of questionnaires, etc.
(4) Other assistance in office work
(5) Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
2 Application requirements
(1) Basic operation of PC (input Excel / Word, terminal operation, etc.), telephone response
※It is desirable to have work experience or skills such as tabulation work using Excel and graph creation.
(2) Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16, etc. of the Local Public Service Act

4 Working conditions
(1) Employment period: From Monday, April 21, 2025 to Monday, June 30, 2025
(2) Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including one hour break)
(3) Working days: Working 4 days a week on weekdays (excluding holidays, consultation)
(4) Work location: Board of Education Secretariat Human Rights Education and elementary school student Student Division (14th floor, Yokohama City Hall)
(5) Compensation: 9,632 yen per day (hourly wage: 1,376 yen x 7 hours) and commuting allowance equivalent (based on Motoichi standards) will be paid separately.
(6) Social insurance: Joined employment insurance, employee health insurance and Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin)
※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

6 Selection, etc.

※It is scheduled to be held in the week of Monday, March 10. The date and time, venue, etc. will be notified to the applicant by e-mail or telephone.
(2) Results of selection

(3) physical checkup
physical checkup will not be implemented at the time of employment because it does not meet the requirements for consultation.
7 Others

(2) Personal information will be strictly managed and will not be used for any purpose other than recruitment.
(3) Since this application guidelines will be effective with the establishment of the budget for FY2025, remuneration, etc. may be changed.
