We are recruiting staff (daily job) for the fiscal year of the Health and Social Welfare Bureau Health Business Division.

Job description
1 Administrative assistance related to basic survey of national life and subsequent surveys
2 Administrative assistance for demographic surveys
3 Other administrative assistance related to health statistics services
4 Intermediate telephone
5 Other duties deemed necessary by the director of the affiliation
Eligibility for application
1 Be able to perform basic operation of a personal computer (input Word / Excel, etc., terminal operation, etc.)
2 Those who can actively work on their work
3 Those who do not fall under the disqualification grounds for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law

8:45-17: 15 (break time: 12:00-13:00)

4 days a week excluding Sunday, Saturday and Wednesday (excluding national holidays and New Year's holidays)

City of Yokohama, Health and Social Welfare Bureau Health Business Division (6-50-10, Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
5 Salaries
8,160 yen per day (1,088 yen per hour)
Term-end allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are separately paid
6 Holidays
According to the rules concerning working hours, vacations, etc. of the fiscal year of Yokohama City
7 Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Japan employee health insurance Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
8 Others
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salary of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City and reimbursement for expenses.

Selection method, etc.
Selection will be based on the submitted documents and interviews.
The interview will be held in Yokohama City Hall on Friday, March 11, 2022. (Details on the date and time of the interview will be announced separately to those who have passed the primary screening).
The results of the interview will be notified by mail regardless of pass or fail (scheduled to be shipped around March 18, 2022).
