We recruit the appointment staff for the fiscal year (office work assistance for daily work and support for people requiring assistance during disasters). (Adopted on July 1, 2023)

1. Job description

（1） Administrative assistance for support for people requiring assistance during a disaster
（2） Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation
　　 ※Including disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

2 Eligibility

Basic operation of personal computers (input Excel words, terminal operation, etc.), window / telephone service

4 Working conditions and compensation

（1） Appointment period
　　 From July 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
（2） Working hours, etc.
　　 From 8:45 to 17:15, break time from 12:00 to 13:00
（3） Working days
　　 Four days a week (excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and closed days) determined by the director of the affiliation
（4） Work location
　　 Health and Welfare Division City of Yokohama, Health and Social Welfare Bureau (15th floor, City Hall, 6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
（5） Salary
　　 1,132 yen per hour, 8,490 yen per day, term-end allowance and commutation allowance are provided separately.
（6） Vacation
　　 According to the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City
（7） Social insurance
　　 Joined employee health insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance

Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.
