1 Job description

（1） Administrative assistance for people requiring assistance during a disaster
（2） Other duties deemed necessary by the director in charge
　　 ※Includes disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically assisted work, only during working hours)

2 Qualifications for application

Basic computer operation (input Excel / word, terminal operation, etc.), and being able to respond to counters and telephone calls

4 Working Conditions and Compensation

（1） Appointment Period
　　 From July 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
（2） Working hours, etc.
　　 8:45-17: 15, break time 12: 00-13: 00
（3） Working days
　　 4 days a week (excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and closed days) determined by the affiliation manager
（4） Workplace
　　 Health and Welfare Division, City of Yokohama, Health and Social Welfare Bureau (6-50-10, Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi)
（5） Payroll
　　 1,132 yen per hour, 8,490 yen per day term-end allowance and commutation allowance are paid separately.
（6） Vacation
　　 According to the rules concerning working hours, vacations, etc. of the fiscal year of Yokohama City
（7） Social insurance
　　 Joined employee health insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance

Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salary of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City and reimbursement for expenses.
