（４） Assistance services related to mental health consultation center operations
（５） Other duties deemed necessary by the director in charge

　　　8:45-17:15 ※Includes break time (1 hour) specified by the director in advance.

　　　Working 2 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, the day designated by the director)

　　　Yokohama City Kokoro Health Consultation Center (2-22 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Keihan Yokohama Building, 10th floor)
（５） Payroll
　　　Hourly wage 1,436 yen (10,770 yen per day)
（６） Vacation
　　　Annual leave, sick leave, etc.
　　　According to the rules concerning working hours, vacations, etc. of the fiscal year of Yokohama City
（７） Treatment and Benefits
　　　Commuting allowance is paid in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on Salary and Expense Reimbursement Staff for the Fiscal Year of Yokohama
