　　　②A person who has completed the course of a training institution or workshop designated by the prefectural governor according to the Social Welfare Law
　　　③Those who have graduated from three or more of the social welfare courses designated by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare
　　　④Those who have at least 5 years of practical experience in consultation and support work at a welfare office (* 1)
　　　（※１） A welfare office refers to the office of a local government concerning welfare as stipulated in Article 14 of the Social Welfare Law, and the elementary school studenｔ
　　　　　　Support, upbringing or rehabilitation stipulated in the Welfare Law, Mother and Child and Widow Welfare Law, Welfare Law for the Physically Handicapped, and Welfare Law for the Physically Disabled and Welfare Law for the Mentally Handicapped
　　　　　　This refers to an office that performs office work related to the measures. (Example: Department in charge of protection work at ward office, support for the elderly and disabled)

I work mainly as a night life support member at Shofu Gakuen in Yokohama City.
(1) Daily life support for users (meal assistance, changing clothes, toilet guidance, preparation for bed / getting up, etc.)
(2) Support for personal use (serving, cleaning, washing, etc.)
(3) Health and hygiene care for users (cleaning, toothpaste assistance, temperature measurement, blood pressure measurement, medication, etc.)
(4) Preparation of support records
(5) Other duties deemed necessary by the director in charge※
