About recruitment of staff for fiscal year appointment

Recruitment of administrative assistance services in Health and Social Welfare Bureau General Affairs Division (adopted on December 7, 2020)

We are recruiting staff (daily amount) for the fiscal year who will be engaged in administrative assistance at Health and Social Welfare Bureau General Affairs Division.

1. Job description

(1) Visitors, telephone service
(2) Organizing documents and managing ledgers
(3) Confirmation of the contents of the documents
(4) Work such as sorting and bringing in materials
(5) Assistance in preparation of materials related to accounting and general affairs
(6) Subsidiary of environmental affairs
(7) Assistance for social welfare fund-related affairs
(8) Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation

2 Application requirements

(1) Person who can perform basic operation of personal computer (word, excel, etc.) and telephone correspondence
(2) Those who can actively engage in work
(3) Those who do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act

4 Working conditions and compensation

(1) Appointment period From Monday, December 7, 2020 to Wednesday, March 31, 2021
  ※Until the working day exceeds one month, it will be a conditional recruitment.
  ※If the same job continues and the work performance is good, you may be re-appointed (up to 4 times).
(2) Working hours, etc. from 8:45 to 17:15 (break time: from 12:00 to 13:00)
(3) Working days 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) Total 76 days
(4) Work location General Affairs Division Health and Social Welfare Bureau (15th floor, New City Hall, 6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
(5) Salary daily 8,160 yen (hourly wage 1,088 yen x 7.5 hours),
  ※Other commutation allowance (with an upper limit) is provided separately.
(6) Social insurance employee health insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance are available
(7) Holidays, etc.
 A. New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3)
 B. Five days of paid annual leave
 C Other (paid): Illness leave, anniversary leave, menstruation leave, maternity leave, etc.

7 Selection Method

(1) Primary selection (selection by application documents)
  The results of the first selection will be notified by mail on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, regardless of pass or fail (for successful applicants will be notified of the adjustment for the second selection separately).
(2) Second Selection (Interview)
 around the middle of November, 2020
 The results of the second screening will be notified by mail regardless of pass or fail.

8 Pass/fail decision and recruitment time

(1) Notice of recruitment and non-recruitment
  Candidates will be notified in writing, regardless of pass or fail. We will also contact the recruiters by telephone to explain the future flow.
